What is Packday?

Packday is an app for running a pet business: grooming, daycare, boarding, dog walking and training. It puts the day’s run sheet, bookings, clients and pets, checkout, client messages, your team and your takings on one screen, on iPhone, Android and the web.

Do my clients need to download anything?

No. Clients book on your Packday booking page in any browser, and the links in their emails let them confirm, move or cancel a visit. They never create an account or a password.

Does it work on a computer as well as a phone?

Yes. The same app runs on phones, tablets and computers. On a computer you get a sidebar and a two-column Today, with keyboard shortcuts for the busy desk.

What happens if the internet drops?

You keep working. Changes made while offline are queued and saved as soon as the connection comes back, and the app tells you while it’s waiting.

What does Packday cost?

Pricing is set before launch. Businesses on the early-access list hear it first, before anyone else.

When can I start using it?

Packday is in early access. Leave your email and the kind of business you run, and we’ll write once when your spot opens.

Is my business’s data kept private?

Each business’s data is kept separate in the database, so one business can never see another’s, and staff only see what their role allows. Signups to this list are used only to tell you about early access.
