These terms cover this website, packdayapp.xyz, and the Packday early-access list. They are written to be read, so they are short.
What the early-access list is
Joining the list means you’d like to hear when Packday is ready for your business. It costs nothing, it isn’t a contract to buy anything, and you can leave at any time. We’ll email you once, when your spot opens.
Packday is in preview
This site describes Packday as it is being built. Features, screens and timings can change before launch, and pricing hasn’t been set. Nothing here is an offer of a paid service.
Using this site
Please don’t misuse the site: no automated signups, no attempts to break or overload it, and no signing other people up without their permission.
Ours, and yours
The Packday name, logo, text, screenshots, illustrations and video on this site belong to Packday. What you send us, your email and the kind of business you run, stays yours; how we look after it is explained in the privacy notice.
No guarantees
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it’s provided as it is, without promises that it will always be online or error-free.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Paid accounts will get their own terms before anyone is asked to pay.
